Butter chicken, traditionally known as Murgh Makhani, is an Indian dish, popular all over the world. Our Butter Chicken is made with succulent pieces of boneless tandoori chicken that are marinated in yogurt, spices, and then grilled. The final finish is given in the butter sauce made with tomatoes, butter, honey, cream and authentic spices.
1. Pour 1 liter of water into a medium size saucepan and bring water to a boil.
2. Submerge 1 sealed bag into boiling water and boil uncovered 8–10 minutes.
3. Remove bag with tongs. Tear bag and empty the contents into a serving dish.
Enjoy with rice and/or naan bread.
