This Thai Red Chicken Curry is incredibly delicious, tender chunks of chicken breast simmered in a red curry and coconut milk sauce. Filled with authentic red Thai curry flavor and not too spicy. Its wonderfully thick and creamy, bursting with flavor and all in one pot! Definitely a new fav!
STOVE TOP
1. Pour 1 liter of water into a medium size saucepan and bring water to a boil.
2. Submerge 1 sealed bag into boiling water and boil uncovered 8–10 minutes.
3. Remove bag with tongs. Tear bag and empty the contents into a serving dish.
Enjoy with rice and/or naan bread.
