Introducing Beef Rogan Josh from Spice Mantra. This mouthwatering dish is a popular Kashmiri dish that is believed to have originated in Persia. Its signature red color is historically the result of mild red Kashmiri chilies. We use an excellent cut of beef for this dish. It is slowly simmered resulting in a delectable flavor and taste. STOVE TOP
1. Pour 1 liter of water into a medium size saucepan and bring water to a boil.
2. Submerge 1 sealed bag into boiling water and boil uncovered 8–10 minutes.
3. Remove bag with tongs. Tear bag and empty the contents into a serving dish.
Enjoy with rice and/or naan bread
