 This flavorful Thai vegan green curry is made with a seasoned coconut milk base, tofu, fresh veggies, and topped with fresh basil, cilantro and scallions. It's the perfect winter warmer for these cold evenings! Don't call the local take-out place – impressive, flavorful, fragrant and creamy 

Safe Handling Instructions

STOVE TOP

1. Pour 1 liter of water into a medium size saucepan and bring water to a boil.

2. Submerge 1 sealed bag into boiling water and boil uncovered 8–10 minutes. 

3. Remove bag with tongs. Tear bag and empty the contents into a serving dish. 

Enjoy with rice and/or naan bread.
