Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala is chunks of chicken marinated in spices and yogurt, baked in a tandoor oven and then finished in a masala gravy. This is a rich and flavorful spiced orange - coloured curry dish. It has been known as a "true British national dish”. Our Tikka masala has been found to be a very smooth, wholesome and fulfilling curry.  

Ingredients

Seasoned Chicken (Chicken Breast Fillets, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Salt), Cummin Seed, Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Sea Salt, Citric Acid), Cream (Milk, Carrageenan), Canola Oil, Sugars (Sugar, molasses powder), Water, Onions, Spices, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavors, Dried Fenugreek Leaves.


Contains: Cream (Milk, Carrageenan).

Reheating Instructions

STOVETOP                                   

  1. Pour about 2 liters of water into a medium saucepan and submerge 1 bag of Frozen Butter Chicken.                                     
  2. Bring water to a boil and boil uncovered for 11-13 minutes (165°F/74°C internal).
  3. Remove the bag immediately with tongs. Tear the bag and empty the Butter Chicken into the serving dish.

                

MICROWAVE                     

  1. Defrost bag in the refrigerator (do not microwave bag)                        
  2. Empty defrosted Butter Chicken from bag into a microwavable container.                
  3. Heat on high for 2 minutes, then stir and reheat on high for 2 minutes (165°F/75°C internal). Based on equipment, timing may vary.


Ready to eat and enjoy in minutes. Can also be enjoyed with rice and/or naan bread.
