Water, Chickpeas, Tomato Crushed (Tomatoes, Sea Salt, Citric acid), Canola Oil, Tomato Paste (Tomatoes), Spice Seasoning (Onion granulate, Salt, Paprika Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Lemon Juice Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Cumin Powder), Cumin Seeds, Xanthan Gum, Natural Spice Flavour (Extracts of cumin, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Garlic, Medium Chain Triglycerides), Chili Flavour (Vegetable Oil, Acetic acid, Extracts of Green Chilli, Garlic, Onion, Vitamin E), Dried Fenugreek.

Reheating Instructions
STOVETOP
- Pour about 2 liters of water into a medium saucepan and submerge 1 bag of Frozen Chana Masala
- Bring water to a boil and boil uncovered for 11-13 minutes (165°F/74°C internal).
- Remove the bag immediately with tongs. Tear the bag and empty the Butter Chicken into the serving dish.
MICROWAVE
- Defrost bag in the refrigerator (do not microwave bag)
- Empty defrosted Chana Masala from the bag into a microwavable container.
- Heat on high for 2 minutes, then stir and reheat on high for 2 minutes (165°F/75°C internal). Based on equipment, timing may vary.
Ready to eat and enjoy in minutes. It can also be enjoyed with rice and/or naan bread.
