Chana Masala

At the heart of the Chana Masala is the humble chickpea.  The possibilities of this protein and fibre-rich ingredient, we quickly get a classic of Indian cuisine. This deliciously spiced dish is vegetarian fare. its core is a baked vegetarian ratatouille built around chickpeas. What gives it exotic flavor are a mixture of spices, the wildest of which are amchur (mango) powder a blend of masala. If you're a fan of spice, this wonderful, vegetarian, dish made with chick peas, tomatoes, onions, and flavored with garam masala will warm your heart!  

Safe Handling Instructions


1. Pour 1 liter of water into a medium size saucepan and bring water to a boil.

2. Submerge 1 sealed bag into boiling water and boil uncovered 8–10 minutes. 

3. Remove bag with tongs. Tear bag and empty the contents into a serving dish. 

Enjoy with rice and/or naan bread.
